RTS Brings up Finder as Active Window in MacOS Catalina

With the last update to FreeFileSync running on MacOS Catalina (10.15.4), RTS activates a Finder window each time it runs (in the background). This interrupts (even my input of this note) any current work.

Please let me know how I can resolve this. It did not do this in the previous version.
