I would like to kindly ask you to remove or allow the user to disable "<last session>" from the list in the configuration window.
If someone maintains order in their configuration, they rarely need this option.

I usually use ccleaner with the following inclusion rules:
Drive or Folder: C: \ Users \ [user] \ AppData \ Roaming \ FreeFileSync \
File Types: LastRun *. *
Drive or Folder: C: \ Users \ [user] \ AppData \ Roaming \ FreeFileSync \ Logs \
File Types: All Files
Where [user] is the logged in user.
Or you can use a batch to delete these files.
