HELP Updating 41Millon of files.

Hi.
We have an migration project.
The objetive is copy from the old (and in production SAN) mas de 40 Millon of files (about 200Tb).
The ffs hangs at finish of the scan.
Probably for the limited ram (8gb)
Ih there some way to limit the use of RAM?
Or there are one version of ffs using one RDB (mysql, mariadb, postgress, etc) for storage the catalog of scanned files?
