Hi!
This is my first post here and I need a bit help about how to solve my problem.
Here is my problem:
OS: Lubuntu 18.04
Have to sync files&folders from win7 shared forledrs and I use smb to have access to win7...
I also use When scheduler to run the batch...
Everithyng works like a charm until I left the pc alone for a while.
Lets say I dont touch anything for 10min.
After that I got an error during the sync does the target folder, which is actually my folder on my win7 pc is unreachable.
I have to say, during the time where the Linux pc is untouched I'm working on the win7 pc, so to say that pc cant go into sleep etc. mode.
When I mount again the hdd from the win7 pc to the Linux pc the next triggered sync is working again for some time.
I think does my Linux dismount the win7 and maybe that cos the problem.
Any idea pls?
How can I auto mount the desired location on my LAN on boot time on Linux?
How can I make some alarm so to say and trigger the mount function again if for some reason the win7 was disconnected?
Thank you for any help or suggestion.
My best regards.
After a while can't sync from mounted hdd help need pls.
