Error code 0x16a: The cloud provider is not running. [CopyFileEx]

I receive this error intermittently when attempting to mirror sync to a USB thumb drive. Running the latest version (10.24). Never had this issue in the past.

The occurs mainly when you are using a cloud storage provider and the files are not locally downloaded. For example, you can store files in OneDrive but not store them locally to save space on the local drive. It will still be listed as the file with all the details (size, name, title, etc) but can't actually be opened yet. When you open them, it will fetch and download the file before opening. I have personally seen this when externally syncing files from a hard drive that contains files from a OneDrive account that is now not logged in obviously
