When using Multiple Pairs, having the Ability To Temporarily Disable particular pairs would be nice.

Say you have 1 source updating to multiple backups.
And you have a _gui set up for that.
C:\1 -> \\B1\1
C:\1 -> \\C1\1
C:\1 -> \\D1\1
As is, C: compares to B1, C1, & D1.

If you had a toggle, to temporarily disable, say C1 & D1, then your same _gui would work, though only checking against B1.

That would provide a bit of flexibility (as compared to setting up individual _gui for each of the 3 compare scenarios). (Similarly, wouldn't want to remove [altogether] the Pair, simply ignore it, temporarily.)

The Folder Pair dropdown arrow might work for a place to have that option.
Add | Up | Down | Ignore
(And Ignore would gray out the particular pairing.)

You can also just remove the pairs, but doesn't save the configuration. If you click off of it then back on, the pairs are back

So you're suggesting to set up the individual _gui, then select the 1 or multiple ones that I want to run at a particular time.
C:\1 -> \\B1\1
C:\1 -> \\C1\1
Ctrl or Shift+Click as necessary, Compare.

OK, I'll give it some thought...
