unresolved conflicts bug in version 11.0?

Version 11.0 64bit. Possible bug when a large number (several thousands) of files/folders are added to one side. I get the usual "unresolved conflicts.. will not be synchronized" error message, but the synchronization does complete. The "both sides have changed since last sync" icon stays, even after a restart and several synchronizations.

A large number of files will result in a different message, something about the two locations being significantly different. Do you have multiple pairs with the same base folders?

Are your view filters set to show the unresolved conflicts?
