Versioning - Maximum not working

Hi all,

I have a batch job configured to versioning in a folder with:
Naming convenction: Timestamp [Folder]
Maximum: flagged with 3
Last x days and Minimun: not flagged

Running multiple time the job, it continually create a new folder with date and time so I think the maximum parameter is not respected..
suggestions?

using vs 11.1
