File Duplication

I have a large photo archive of about 3tb. I am using two hard drives and syncing them. Recently when I synced, duplicates were created of the entire archive on both drives. How can I fix this? The duplicates were marked as "original File". Is it possible to correct this in filesync. Thanks. Gabor

What type of Sync are you running?
Are you using Versioning?
Are these "duplicates" in fact (exact, content) duplicates?
Might some other software have created these duplicates (renaming the originals as "original File")?
Are you using any type of "cloud" backup/sync?
If you take a dozen photos, stick them in a directory, then sync that directory, do you again end up with "original File"?

As for your "fix", you can sort/filter by creation time and the duplicates should be there. Also, on Windows, duplicates will show up as "xxxxxx (1)", in which case you can use cmd to find/delete them as well.
