Cannot read file attributes Error

Hello,
Using FFS with Linux Mint 19.3. Works great but have managed to pick up a chronic error now with one of my file sync combos. The actual error is below.

Cannot read file attributes of "/media/daf/Disk 2/Disk2/Blender/DS_Sheriff_Bot/scenes/ds-sheriff_bot1.blend".

EIO: Input/output error [lstat]

The file in question was an issue at one point but has since been deleted on both disks. At this point there is absolutely no file with that name (ds-sheriff_bot1.blend) but I still get that error each and every time.
I've done some searching but still not sure how to clear that error. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you see it when you run 'ls -al' in a terminal window?

It was in there - turns out it was corrupt. It's on a disk that shares files with both Mint and Win7 - I had to go to Win7 and run Chkdsk to get it deleted. All seems fine now - no error.
