Until recently, FFS worked fine for years to synch folders on my computer with the SD drive on my Fire tablet. Not sure what changed, but I am thinking it may have been one of the recent updates (I'm on 11.2 now).
No matter what I do I get a message that starts out with "The following folders do not yet exist", and it gives the folder name I am trying to synch with on the tablet. It also says "The folders are automatically created when needed" but doesn't seem to do that. I've tried creating the target folder manually, but I get the same thing.
If I tell it to "Ignore" the error, I get a message that it cannot create the directory "mtp:\Fire\Storage Device". Then it says "ERROR_INVALID_TARGET_HANDLE: The target internal file identifier is incforrect . . .", which seems odd because I selected the target on the tablet using the FFS "Browse" button.
I have tried deleting everything on the SD drive and starting from scratch in the hopes that FFS would create the target folder correctly, but no luck.
Any ideas?

Can you install an older version and try again? This way we can see if it is an FFS update that caused it.
