Comodo HIP protection

I install 11.3 version on new install of Win 7 SP1 x64.

The installer came up clean in Virustotal

But Comodo HIP has treated FFS as untrusted and was abnormally loud about the install process

Please reassure, is modify SystemCertificates and TCIP settings not as alarming as it sounds?

So one, arguably bad, AV flagged something while everything else says it's good? Make your own deduction. Comodo is, along with most third-party AVs, more harm than good and what we consider junkware in our slice of computer support. Have you checked those registry keys for what changed?
