ERROR_MORE_DATA - Windows Server 2016 - Exception during run application

Hello,
I'm trying to run FreeFileSync on a virtual machine running Windows Server 2016 Standard and an exception is displayed during boot.
Message content (English):

The installation files are corrupted. Reinstall FreeFileSyn.
The attributes of the "C:\" file cannot be read.

ERROR_MORE_DATA: More data is available.
[DeviceControl(IOCTL_VOLUME_GET_VALUE_DISK_EXTENTS)].

Reinstallation does not work. On windows 10 works very well for me.
Do you know any solution to my problem?
