Auto-close does not stay always on with 11.4 - Dowgrade to 11.3 loses every setting

Some completion dialog box have an auto-close switch.
With 11.4, even if you tick them, it's not remembered and appeared unticked the next time they are used.

I can't be more precised, it was very annoying so I went back to 11.3... which made me lost all my backups.

I had to got the directory where I save them (a custom one), reload everything thing and them Hide the ones no longer in use.

So, downgrading from 11.4 to 11.3 is not a piece of cake, Every setting is lost: the backups, the windows sizes and positions and the auto-close status of these windows. Also the initial 'Do you want to start' Window that I set up not to appear was ON again. Downgrade makes you start at zero.

Edit: I made some tests on a virtual machine. The loss of everything while downgrading is confirmed.

The autoclose problem does not happen with a simple backup, but the real ones are hard to reproduce on a VM and are more complex, calling several backups in succession when done and some external programs. Whose are the ones that do not auto-close.
