[CHINA] Donations to this recipient aren't supported in this country

hello everyone,

i cant do a donation in P.R.China with PayPal,
it says "Donations to this recipient aren't supported in this country"

whether USD or HKD.

If geo ip detection works correctly, the credit card option should have been selected by default if you're located in China.

that sorry, i have no credit card.
to get a credit card in china is very hard.

i donated 10.5 in windows (with paypal in 2018)
and i need a version for linux, but paypal is unavailable.
