Some files will be synchronized as part of multiple base folders.
To avoid conflicts, set up exclude filters so that each updated file is included by only one base folder.
/Volumes/El 6/CloudStation/PERSONAL WORK BACKUP/PHOTO JOURNALS
Does this mean the folder PHOTO JOURNALS is found in more than one folder being synced? I can not figure out what I am supposed to look for related to it.

Correct! I have the same popup because I backup my phone pictures to cloud storage, but there is a folder that someone else adds to, and I don't want to delete their additions. I have two pairs set up, identically, but one includes all and excludes the "pets" folder, the other includes only "pets" and is set up as two-way. Even though I have them filtered correctly, I will still see the pop-up for some reason. I don't know if it is a glitch, code error, or what.
But definitely, double-check that any pair that include the "PHOTO JOURNALS" folder is set up correctly so it doesn't get double-synced.
