Error to sync with FTP server

Hello,

I want to backup the content of my FTP server to my local disk on Windows 7.

I have configured the FTP server as the left part of the synchronization. In the configuration window, I can navigate in all the folders on the FTP server.

But when I click on the "Compare" button or on the "Synchronize" button, I systematically receive an error message (sorry it is partly in French, my native language) :

Impossible de lire le répertoire "ftp://ftpperso.free.fr".
CURLE_QUOTE_ERROR: QUOT command failed with 500
500 'HELP': command unrecognized. [curl_easy_perform]

What is the problem ?
