i try to synchronize two raids over the network. i have the problem since the actual and the last update.
both raids are connected over the network. the source has a lot of files. the problem is as follows. the synchronice runs and read the source raid. after a lot of files (130.000 or more) the program stops and the counter doesn't go higher. after 2 or 3 minutes I get a message from my system. my system can not access the source network means the connection of the source network is lost. i have to restart the pc to get my network connection back. the netwok normal runs without any problems. i tried it three times. always the same result.
if i can give more information, mail me.
Thanks
Michael

So the problem started with FFS 11.5, earlier versions were OK ?i have the problem since the actual and the last update
At that point, it is not only FFS that no longer sees the networked drive, but your "computer" itself (Windows Explorer or DIR or ls...) then fails to see the drive too?after 2 or 3 minutes I get a message from my system. my system can not access the source network means the connection of the source network is lost. i have to restart the pc to get my network connection back
At that time, is the destination drive still visible to both FFS & to your "computer"?

I just have earlier version 11.3 installed and got the same problem. so its not correct to say : only the last two releases. sorry. So the problem started with FFS 11.5, earlier versions were OK ?

yes, the search for the files is not going on. ffs seems freezed and it looks like nothing is happens. no error, nothing. At that point, it is not only FFS that no longer sees the networked drive, but your "computer" itself (Windows Explorer or DIR or ls...) then fails to see the drive too?
i cannot acces the raid/drive from another program. I cannot delete the mapped network drive. i have to restart the computer (windows 10 pro 20H2).
the whole Raid is not accessible ( i have a second folder on that raid connected, this folder is not accessible too).
now after a long time i was waiting, the program gives a message :
Das Verzeichnis "\\Diskstation0\Synology1\_Delphi6_SLister\LMD6" kann nicht gelesen werden.
ERROR_NETNAME_DELETED: Der angegebene Netzwerkname ist nicht mehr verfügbar. [DirReaderPlus::readDir]
the destination drive ist not accessible too. i have to restart the PC to get access again. At that time, is the destination drive still visible to both FFS & to your "computer"?

Forget this problem. the problem is definitely on my side. the folder I was talking above is the problem. just now i have no idea why this folder is illegible, but this folder is the problem.
i will figure it out, I hope.
Thanks forr the help.
