Filter option problem

i'm using v5.0 & i find that i cannot include/exclude folders by using DOS
environment variable e.g. %skipfile%
but it work in log setting & left/right

Yes, that's because it's not implemented :) I'm not sure if it should, you're
the first to request such a feature.

nearly most parameter can be controlled by batch script XD
