application started to run several times slower

Hey! I use it about 2 ~ 3 years. Well, today I updated my macOS version to 11 and noticed that the application started to run several times slower than in the previous version. I need constant work as I have a lot of reports from employee monitoring software. Is it possible to optimize the application?

What if you reinstall FFS? I would guess the issue resides in the machine or OS though. It worked great, the OS updated, now it doesn't. Mac OS 11 is also new, so it may just be the nature of updates, waiting for everything to work together
