Hi,
I'm new here and am hoping someone can help me?
I need to mirror a folder and all subfolders & files to a backup drive (I've done this for years, no problem).
There are subfolders called 'Temp' that I would like to mirror to the backup but if they are older than 6 months I also want to delete them from the source folder (ie. move them to the backup drive)
I could delete them by another means, but at the next session the mirror would delete the backups.
Can anyone suggest a configuration that would solve this?
Thanks to anyone that can help!

Use the Update sync variant instead of the Mirror sync variant.
A Mirror sync deletes right-side files if these files do not or no longer exist on the left-side.
An Update sync leaves right-side files intact if these files do not or no longer exist on the left-side.
If such global behavior is not desirable for non-'Temp' (sub)folders, you can split your sync in 2 left-right pairs, and use local Sync Setting and Filters. Just tell if you need more details on this.
