[Request] Controlling the EFS copying

Could it be possible to "control" how EFS (file-level encryption of NTFS) is handled ?: as original, strip if present, always encrypt? I do some backups and depending on the target disk I would like to do them differently (unencrypted disk, I would prefer to encrypt the files, already encrypted disk I would prefer to strip file-level encryption)
