i try to install last edition for windows, on windows 8.1, but i have runtime error
Runtime error (at 66:4478)
Failed to run

i try with simple user or admin, but the result not change.

Can help me some expert users ?

Uninstall and reinstall? If that doesn't fix it, you could run sfc/dism in admin cmd
sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
sfc /scannow
Yes, you need to run sfc before and after dism.
Personally, I would recommend upgrading to Windows 10, it's free and much better than Windows 8.1, and will probably fix the issue if it isn't already after the first couple options

I was unable to install it. I tried shell commands, but without success.
I still get the same mistake, I forgot to say, "access denied".

Where are you installing from and to? That path seems weird for install location, unless Zenju is using the program name for the setup.exe as well
