FFS wanting to delete Mirrored files

I have FreeFileSync set to mirror from several drives and partitions to a master backup drive. I just reinstalled my OS and added back FFS and my profiles for it. When I do the one for the browser default folders it's perfect, but when I hit compare on the one for the master backup FFS is showing tons of music to be deleted on the right side which is the drive all the small drives are being mirrored to. I open my file explorer and manually compare the music partition to the music folder on the master drive and they are matched. With that I should not be seeing any music on the mirrored side to be deleted or any music on the copy from side to be mirrored to the mirrored side. I created a new profile to copy each way and when I hit compare and it's done it has not to copy in either direction which also tells me that both the music partition and the music folder on the master backup do completely match,. With FFS implying it wants to remove files on the right I' leery of pressing synchronize till I get this sorted. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Is it maybe wanting to do a delete and copy? Maybe the timestamps have changed

OK solved. I never thought to check the mount points. Normally when I install a OS drives / partitions are under /run/media/, I always change them to be under /mnt/. Somehow I missed music when switching them. All sorted now.
