I have installed FS on a Linux mint pc and successfully synced from a local pc to a remote pc. However, after doing this filesync doesn't work anymore. When I browse for files on the left side some folders show the files greyed out or nothing shows at all. I've removed filesync, reinstalled, updated and reset all to no avail. Any help will be appreciated.

Well I would first install the latest version that it shows in the window. What happens when you click compare?

Thanks for your reply.
I have installed 11.6 same problem. The attached screenshot shows the empty files left and right but when I click compare it actually goes and does a comparison. In this case the folders were equal and you can see at the bottom it found 33,396 files. Strangely if i double click on either the left or right side in the blank area it pops up a window with the folder and files in the scanned directory. The weird thing about this is that it worked fine when I first installed it a few days ago, then I did a mirror operation to a remote PC which took about 12 hours and finished successfully. When I did a file compare immediately afterwards the problem occurred and shows blank left and right windows no matter what folders/files I select.

Your screenshot simply shows that all 33396 files within the scope of your sync are considered equal.
These equal files are presently just hidden, but are shown when you click the "="-icon mid below the Compare result window.
And this (everything equal) is a normal status after a sync has completed.

It looks like it is working fine from the pictures. You always have to click compare before anything will ever show up in the windows
