Good afternoon, how to hide the tray icon when starting the program?

FFS doesn't have a tray icon upon starting it. RTS icon does, but can't be hidden unless you run it as a different user, but that is a complicated and horrible idea.

when synchronization starts, a green icon appears in the tray

Same with RTS, you would need to run as a different user.
