New pendrive, sync not working anymore

Hello. I used for years now, and I regularly sync back and forth between two computers and a pendrive (home PC <> pendrive <> other PC). I mostly sync one documents folder with many subfolders. It has always worked like a charm, until when I had to buy a new pendrive. With the new pendrive, I made a copy of all the folder from my home PC on the pendrive, then started syncing with the other PC and again, I always use 2 ways syncing. The problem is that now it does not sync properly anymore: e.g., if I move files from a folder to another on my PC, then by syncing it copies the files in the new folder but also recopies the same files from the pendrive to the older location on the PC. What can I do? Should I delete the ffs-sync.db file from all locations? Thank you

You could delete them and run a sync to set the beginning "state". It is seeing the copy on the pen drive and computer as two different files. Depending on the pen drive format, make sure you don't move files on the pen drive itself as it may cause this
