Hello.
I'm trying to connect Andriod's phone with Windows 10.
I downloaded https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.medhaapps.wififtpserver&hl=en&gl=US
Freefilesync connects to the phone, but I only have access to the phone's internal map, not the SD card.
I would like the selected folder on the SD card to be backed up to my PC via WIFI.
Thank you William
SD card access

Choose \ in the app settings as mounting point, then you will find your sd card in the storage folder.

Yes, root folder \
Then stop and start the app.
Then scroll down to "storage" and open it.

I tried it but I can't get to the SD card.
I have no root intervention on the phone.

I'm using the free version, the latest version, installed from the Google Play store.
No need to "root" the phone.
When I say Root I mean the app option to set the Root folder, that in your screenshot continue to say "Internal memory" but should say "/".
