'Completed with Warnings' message window.

Each time Real Time Sync completes, I get this error window pop up (see attachment).
If someone could explain why I get this window, please.
All my stuff appears to back up correctly.
In simple terms, for this poor old pensioner please!

Apparently, you have multiple left-right base folder pairs.
The warning (it is not an error) tells you there is an (at least partial) overlap between your base folder pairs.
And the warning seems correct, as F:\PICTURES, apparently present in one of your left-right base folder pairs, is obviously part of F:\, apparently present in another left-right base folder pair, and thus this constitutes an overlap. This does not need to be a problem but, if you are not careful, may lead to undesired sync results. Hence the warning.
As suggested, you can avoid unexpected/undesired results by using proper Include and/or Exclude Filter settings. For more specific advice in this, you should share your left-right base folder pairs specification.

Thank you for our reply. I think I partially follow what you are saying. Are you suggesting I share the left and right hand Windows (sourse and destination)?

You have two sources, F:\ and F:\videos.
Exclude \Videos from the sync with F:\ as the source
