Error Arithmetic Overflow Version 11.8

Hello,

I tried to backup photos from my smartphone but that failed with the error arithmetic overflow after updating to "Version 11.8 [Spendenversion] 64 Bit 03.03.2021". Please have a look at the attached screenshot.

I'm using Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.19042.

Please let me know if you need more info to find the bug.
