Hear All,
I am working for local company and we have a central server that can store our working files and that server sync to NAS.
I don't know much more about the system.
We need to make manual backup every day with central server.
Can I use FreeFileSync software to automatically sync selected folders to the central server?

FreeFileSync (FFS) should be able to perform the sync for you.
However, you would still need e.g. the Windows Task Scheduler (or the Mac or Linux equivalent thereof) to daily launch FFS and execute the intended sync.
