Synchronise iMac and Macbook

Hello Guys,

since several years I've kept successfully synchronized my two Mac computer, but I have just a question:
before start process, if I don't reselect, by browsing, my macbook (on the right: /Volumes/paolobiagini/Documents) I receive the error msg box.

How can I bypass this problem and to synchronize directly?
