Hello FFS Community,
I am new to FFS and run into the following problem. A forum and google search did not help to find a solution, therefore I create this new thread.
Setup
OS: Windows 10 Pro
FFS: Version 11.8 - 64 Bit
Problem
In the FFS comparison view there are lines without any text. There is content in these lines since the hover effect show it. However this problem makes FFS unusable for me. Please have a look to the attached screen shot.
Conducted experiments
I reinstalled FFS twice and restarted FFS several times. Even a reboot of the windows system does not change the situation. Resizing the FFS window does not change it. I also tried several sync configurations/profiles with different use cases like "local drive to local drive", "local drive to network drive" and "local drive to SD card". The problem stays.
Please support me by pinning down this issue and let me know what experiments/test I should conduct.
Best regards Joe

That is because those files do not exist on the left side but your settings are set to no do anything when that happens. You are likely using the 'update' sync method. When you hover of those lines, it it showing you the location on the left that would be equivalent to your right-side location.

OK, I see. Does it mean that is expected behaviour?
Please have a look to my second example. Is this also expected behaviour and does it mean, that not existing files will visualized like this in any case, independent if there are on the source or destination side?
Thanks Joe
