reset "database" for a directory

Hello,

I misread the activity symbol and thought that many files were going to be deleted. So I copied the files back to my directory, and ran the my script. I then realized that no action was going to be taken.

Now if I cleanup my local directory, the remote files will be deleted. How do I handle this so I can clean up my local directory as I only need the files on the remote system.
