Can you set the sync direction for individual files?

I want to set the sync direction for a file (email archive) to be in one direction (up to the network backup) but I can't figure it out.
Can anyone tell me if it's possible to set a file's sync direction and leave everything else as Two-Way synchronisation?

Exclude that file and set up a second pair that only includes that file with a custom setting to switch the direction
