I have set up a REALTIMESYNC update process which is triggered by the detection of changes in some folders.
This configuration works flawlessly but the corresponding batchfile( .ffs_batch) ALSO starts every 3 minutes even when no changes occurred in the monitored folders and the logfile then says ( rightly) : "Nothing to synchronize".....
How to avoid this (side)effect ?
Realtimesync starts every 3 minutes

Make sure to limit the scope of the RTS monitored folders to those matching your FFS sync.
Any change in the RTS monitored folder(s) will trigger FFS to be run, not only changes that are part of the FFS sync.
Also note that RTS is blissfully unaware of any Include or Exclude Filter settings in FFS.
So, any changes in files or folders that have been Excluded (or not Included) in FFS will still trigger FFS to be run. If so, FFS will then correctly report that there is nothing to sync.
