Overwrite Prompt

Now in 4.6 when I go to save a configuration in the gui and save it a s a file
name that already exists it doesn't prompt to overwrite, it just does it. Is
this by design or is it broke?

The behavior is hard-coded. In general it seems simply overwriting is safe to
do, although I agree, it leaves a certain "uncanny" feeling.
