I've been using FFS for several years and this is the first time this has happened. As you can see in the attached image I have a folder for photos which has several sub-folders. FFS is showing 18 photos as being in F:\Flying>Photos and that they need to be synced to my external drive. Those photos are all in sub-folders such as F:\Flying>Photos>Double Eagle (and other sub-folders) on both drives.
There is one sub-folder in "Photos" that is showing with one file that needs to be copied. Why are some of the sub-folders not being shown with the files in those folders?

Files that do not need to be synced are by default not shown in the Compare result window.
If you click the "="-icon mid below the Compare result window (=files that are equal and do not need to be synced), those other files should (also) be shown.
