By default, the Compare results only show results that require a sync action.
If no sync actions are required, the Compare result window will (by default) be empty.
If you click the "="-icon mid below the Compare results window, you will also see all files that (according to FFS) do not require sync action.

You "log file" has an X mark on it.
What does it say (F4)?

Those errors are unrelated...all other drives work with those ignored errors. They are just a system file on source drive.

Check your settings, Filters.
Having an Exclude: filter of '*' will give you "results" like you're showing.

What if you click "browse" and re-select the locations?
