Hello,
syncing (mirror mode) a Windows10 folder against a NAS FFS starts the job and after a short while my OS crashes with a DPC Watchdog Violation.
With no success I ran a chkdsk on the WIndows drive and I chose a fresh formatted usb drive behind the NAS as target.
DirSync Pro (DSP) does the job with the same source and target definition.
Running DSP is not my idea, I prefer a working FFS on my system.
Take care.

DPC Watchdog Violations are commonly caused by incorrect drivers or doubtful drives/cables.

Or overclocks. Generally it is a system instability issue. I would first reset your BIOS settings to defaults and even look for a BIOS update if that doesn't change anything.
