locked file not copied despite admin rights

this error message happens when I'm trying to synchronize locked files (w:\ is
a TrueCrypt Container):

It seems TrueCrypt does not support VSS. 0x8004230f means: "The provider
returned an unexpected error code. " The error message will be improved for
the next version of FFS.
