(I don't use Window Explorer, or whatever it's called, so it makes it very hard for me to follow...)
I think your (relative) paths are different, on the FFS syncing end.
FFS shows:
on Left, Y...\...cold-Emails\
on Right, Y...\...cold-Emails\...cold-Emails\
Where in Windows Explorer, maybe you're looking at the same relative paths?
IOW, maybe the exact same files are on both drives, but in addition, some of them are in different relative locations, so they're "different", & your sync is wanting to copy them over again, to they places they are not (in).

That is showing that there are difference. It is showing that each side has a copy of the same files that doesn't exist on the other side. I agree with therube, there has to be something wrong with your locations
