Syncing a directory that has been deduplicated

Hi, I am wanting to create a mirror of a folder that is in a volume that has been deduplicated using the Windows deduplication software in Windows 2019 Server. The question is will this work and copy all the files in their entirety or will it just copy the parts have don't have pointers (not deduplicated)? I also have some NTFS junctions in the directories so I don't want to select "Include Symbolic Links".

I use FFS with a server running with deduplication also, it works fine. It is a normal NTFS storage share as far as clients are concerned
