Hello,
I've been using FFS for several years without major problems.
Lately I had to reset my PC (Windows 10). Now I wanted to save my data from the mobilephone (Galaxy S7, Android 8.0) to an external hdd and installed FFS 11.10 again.
I connected the phone to the pc and unlocked the phone, so I was able to access the data via Explorer.
Then I filled in the paths with the "browse-button" for the folders I want to sync, but when I hit "compare"
I got the message as shown in the attached picture.
I then tried the phone (Galaxy S9) of my girlfriend, filled in again the paths, and the sync worked well, withou any issues.
I tried, another cable, reinstalled USB-drivers, de- and reinstalled FFS, tried an older version of FFS, but nothing worked.
Could you please tell me what to do?
Or which further information do you need.
Thank you!

Good morning,
do you think there is any way to fix the problem.
As I mentioned with the Win-Explorer there is no problem to get access to the data on the phone.
Maybe there is something I can adjust in the programm or the phone?
Thank you.

Works with one phone, not the other, so start with the phone itself. Make sure it is set to MTP, but other than that, it may be another victim of unreliable MTP/cable/etc
