Comparison by File Time and Size

I have noticed since last update to ver 11.11 that when comparing by File Time and size, FFS doesn't show any difference unless I compare by File size only. Is it a bug?

That doesn't sound right, so must be a bug unless we can figure out something else. Can you attach a picture of the results of comparing with each method?
