how can i recover files deleted by mistake

When synchronizing I have deleted my files by mistake. How can I recover them?

If you set deletions to go to versioning, check your versioning folder.
If you set deletions to go to recycle bin, check there.
If you set to delete permanently, you need data recover. There is some software you could use but seeing you need it at all means you may be best to get advice from a local IT repair/service company
