FFS in Windows server with permissions of backup operators group

I would like to know if FreeFileSync support Windows Backup Operator Mode to synchronize directories with Denied Access. Option that copies files in Backup mode, so an administrator may copy an entire directory, including files denied readability to the administrator. This option it is very important in Windows Server when a user have a exclusive permission in a directory and the administrator cant open it.

VSS, I do not know if it allows this option in exclusive rights in the folder "my documents" when you have configured the GPO GPO: REDIRECTION FOLDER in windows server.
Maybe I can run FFS with those permissions, adding my user to the backup operators group. any ideas?
