missing some folders

Not sure why but scanning two folders and then syncing not all the folders get moved.
Everything is set to update right side except for leave items on right not on left alone. Any bugs in the current version?

No bugs, something is set up incorrectly. Check filters, check for any timespan options, screenshots of both locations and settings can be very helpful.
