only sync files older 1 hour

Hi,

I scoured the internet and the forum, but didn't find anything.

I need a filter (syntax) to synchronize files that are older than 1 hour, for example. The more recent files in the folder are not ready as they are being filled with new data every minute. Every hour a new file is created, so the older one can be sync.

Pleas can you help me or give me a tip.
