Paypal or card only unfortunately. You could try Privacy, it's an app that will let you create a virtual card to use. I've used it many times, it is free until you need more than a certain number of cards

FreeFileSync had Stripe-integrations for both of them for a while. Then both cancelled the cooperation. No reasons given, of course.
